As the newly appointed Communication and Development Manager for the Sisters of the Presentation, Ann Marie brings two decades of experience cultivating impactful relationships in various sectors across Northern and Southern California. With a background spanning college admission, recruitment, healthcare, mass media, and talent management, she champions the belief that service to communities is crucial for shaping a better future.
Ann Marie is a dedicated advocate for education, leveraging her expertise to help individuals map out meaningful paths, aligning with the Sisters' commitment to justice and the education of the underserved. Holding a BA in Business/Communication from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California, she merges her academic acumen with a passion for empowering others.
In her previous role as Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at SMC, Ann Marie not only navigated donor relationships but also played a pivotal role in guiding students toward their educational aspirations. Her leadership embodies compassion, trustworthiness, and a firsthand understanding of the transformative power of empowering others for the greater good, guided by the spirit and charism of Nano Nagle.

In this new position Ann Marie will take on the communication duties that have been performed by Jan Potts, who is retiring.
